regulations:
1. Rules.
The tournament will be played according to FIFA rules and the additional ones of the RFEF, with the exception of the details explained in this reglamentation. 2. Tournament Organization. •INITIAL PHASE: Groups of 4 teams will play a mini league, guaranteeing 3 games minimum in this round. •FINAL PHASE: The teams placing 1st and 2nd will play in the FINAL ELIMINATION PHASE. Those classifying in 3rd and 4th positions will play in the CONSOLATION ELIMINATION PHASE. •Each game won is worth 3 POINTS. • In the case of a tie, each team will receive 1 POINT. If at the end of the mini league, 2 or more teams have earned the same number of points, the classifying team will be decided in the following manner: 1. Difference in the number of goals. 2. Goals in favor. 3. A unique result between the tied teams. 4. Fewer number of yellow & red cards. 5.Penalty kicks in accordance with the rules of RFEF. In the case of a tie in the classifying round, the game will be decided by penalty kicks in accordance with the rules of RFEF. 3. Game Program The calendar will indicate the time of the game, the field where it will be played and its location. It is possible, based on the configuration of the group in which one is registered, that a team may play more than one game a day. The Organization reserves the right to change the groups, the calendar, the fields of play or the start times of the games, giving the affected teams advance warning. |
4. Length of the Games.
The matches will be of the following length: 2 x 40 min. *Rest periods of 10 min. 5. Proof of Age. On the day of arrival to the tournament there will be a monitoring of the ages of all the participants. For this the delegate or person responsible for the team must provide an identity card (D.N.I.) or the original passport of each player. No player wil be registered who does not present one of these documents. Once all of the ages of the players are confirmed, you will be given 4 lists of all the players enrolled on the team. These should be given to the referee before the start of each game. 6. Number of Players. A maximum of 20 players may be enrolled per team. All of the enrolled players will be able to be at the disposition of the coach during each game and have a place on the bench. There is no limit to the number of players played per game. There will be no limit on substitutions. A substituted player will be able to re-enter the playing field. It is permitted to use any player from the same club in different categories. In order to do this, the player must be according to age specifications and be enrolled in the corresponding lists. It is not permitted in any case for a player to be enrolled in different teams in the same category. |
